Returns Policy

 

Our returns policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also remain unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that samples and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for both the delivery and return of the product (meaning that even if your order was shipped for free, you will still be required to pay the shipping fee if you choose to return it).

 

To initiate your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from Tripow3D by emailing tristian@tripow3d.com. Returns without an RA# will be rejected.

 

Do not send the purchased item back to the manufacturer.

 

Unauthorized Returns

 

Any return made without a written return authorization from the seller/vendor will be deemed an unauthorized return ("Unauthorized Return"). Unauthorized Returns will not receive a refund or credit from Tripow3D.

 

Refunds

 

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to confirm we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If after completing these steps you have still not received your refund, please contact us at tristian@tripow3d.com.

Sale Items

 

Only items purchased at regular price may be returned; sale items are not eligible for return. Order cancellations are only possible for items bought at regular price; orders for sale items cannot be canceled.

 

Exchanges

 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at tristian@tripow3d.com and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.

For returns and exchanges, contact us at tristian@tripow3d.com for the precise shipping address related to your purchase.

 

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 15% administration fee of the order amount, regardless of whether your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Unfortunately, cancellations are only possible for items purchased at regular price.

Warranty

 

Each manufacturer of the 3D printer brands we offer at our store provides a dedicated support team for Tripow3D customers. Rest assured that trained and certified technicians are available to assist you, and you can contact us or the manufacturer directly with any inquiries for support.

 

When you purchase a product from our store, you receive the standard warranty provided by the manufacturer. All warranties and warranty services are issued directly by the manufacturer of your product; our store does not offer any separate or additional warranties, nor do we provide warranty services.

 

Furthermore, the warranty does not cover any product that has been: (i) modified, altered, or adapted; (ii) mistreated or used contrary to its intended purpose; (iii) repaired by an unauthorized third party; (iv) installed improperly by anyone other than Tripow3D; (v) relocated, if the product's issues are deemed by Tripow3D, in its professional opinion, to be related to such relocation; (vi) used directly or indirectly in activities prohibited by the United States; (vii) purchased from any entity other than Tripow3D; (viii) subjected to normal wear and tear; (ix) damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; (x) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic, as applicable; and/or (xi) damaged due to shipping, exposure to tobacco smoke/weather, terrorism, acts of God, or non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions. Tripow3D is not responsible for any warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer or stated herein.

 

Under no circumstances will Tripow3D be liable for the costs of removal or installation of a defective product, nor for incidental, consequential, or liquidated damages, or any other direct or indirect damage.

Warranties do not cover any third-party products or hardware added to the Product post-purchase. Additionally, if an installation is unsuccessful or results in damage to the Product, such damage is not covered under warranty. In these instances, repairing or replacing any damaged parts will incur additional charges.
