Keep your Factor 4 printing at industrial-grade reliability. This official Ultimaker maintenance kit bundles the spare parts, consumables and tools needed to perform the preventative maintenance routines recommended by Ultimaker — all specifically matched to the Factor 4. Not recommended for other printer models (parts, fitment and spec are tailored for the Factor 4)

- 5 × Nozzle covers — protective caps that keep the print head safe from dust and help manage ooze during downtime.
- 1 × HEPA filter (Air Manager) — replacement filter for the Factor 4 Air Manager to maintain safe, filtered airflow and consistent print conditions.
- Timing belts (X and Y) & motor belt — (1× X belt, 2× Y timing belt, 1× motor belt Y) spare belts to replace worn belts that cause layer-shift or print accuracy drift.
- Bowden tubes (2×) & tube coupling collets (6×) — for secure filament routing and quick coupling replacements to avoid feed issues or jams.
- Wave washer springs (6×) & clamp clips (10×) — small mechanical spares used on feeders / assemblies to restore correct tension and clamping force.

Compatibility note
Important: This is the official Factor 4 kit — many listed parts are model-specific (belt lengths, fan and filter housings, nozzle-cover fitment). Using them on other models is not recommended and could cause fitment or performance issues. If you have another Ultimaker model (S-line, S7/S8, S5, etc.) get the kit listed for that model.
Short FAQ (collapsible)
Can I use individual parts from the kit on older Ultimaker models?
Some small items (like clamp clips or generic fasteners) may be interchangeable, but belts, fan assemblies, HEPA housing and nozzle covers are model-specific — always check part numbers first.
How many maintenance kits should I keep on hand?
For production environments we recommend at least one kit per printer per year of heavy use, or a shared spare kit for small fleets plus a consumables reorder cadence for filters and purge rubbers.
Does the kit include nozzles or print cores?
No — the maintenance kit focuses on mechanical spares, consumables and tools. Print cores/nozzles are normally stocked separately. If you need cores, order the compatible Factor 4 cores.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept the delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
